What are your shipping rates within New Zealand?
We offer flat-rate shipping across both the North and South Islands. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while rural addresses may require an additional 2 days.
Can I return a product if it's not right for my farm?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain chemicals, seeds, and customized equipment may be excluded for safety and quality reasons.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from your nearest Farmlands branch at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Farmlands Account cards for registered shareholders, and secure online payment gateways like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All hardware and machinery sold through Farmlands NZ are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
