Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and include the proof of purchase or Farmlands account details.
Complete Return Form
Fill out the online returns form or the physical slip included in your delivery to specify whether you require a replacement, account credit, or refund.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Send or Drop Off
Courier your package back to our distribution center or visit your local Farmlands store to process the return in person with our expert team.
